Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required to use TikTok in your country. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use the game only with that permission.

2. Access Through TikTok

The game runs within TikTok. TikTok may provide us with a platform identifier so that the game can recognize your session or save progress. We do not ask for or receive your TikTok password. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.

3. Game Progress And Virtual Items

The game may record levels, attributes, companions, virtual currency, inventory, settings, and other progress. Virtual items and currency have no cash value, cannot be exchanged outside the game, and may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to maintain or update the game. If purchases are offered, the price, payment, refund, and cancellation rules shown by TikTok or the applicable payment platform also apply.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use cheats, automation, bots, modified clients, or exploits;
• interfere with the game, its servers, security, or other players;
• submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user, system, or data; or
• copy, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the game except where law permits.

5. Text And Other Content You Submit

Some game features may allow you to enter text. You remain responsible for what you submit. You grant ZIWAN LTD a limited permission to transmit, process, store, and display that content only as needed to operate the feature, protect the service, and comply with law. Do not submit sensitive personal information or content you do not have the right to use.

6. Intellectual Property

The game, software, visual design, text, and other content supplied by ZIWAN LTD or its licensors are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the game for entertainment.

7. Third-Party Services

The game depends on TikTok and may use hosting, content delivery, moderation, or other service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable. ZIWAN LTD is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

8. Availability And Changes

We may maintain, update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the game. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. Where practical, material changes will be communicated through the game, its listing, or this website.

9. Suspension And Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, security risk, legal requirement, platform instruction, or threat to users or the service. You may stop using the game at any time and may request deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers And Liability

The game is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIWAN LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the game, law, or platform requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means that the updated Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
